Sr Service Renewals Sales Representative Multilingual

Location Mumbai

Job Summary
We are looking for Sales renewals associate with international multi-lingual skills to support our partners global sales team Our partner is a leading provider of secure access solutions to both enterprises and service providers, offering Virtual Private Network (VPN), Network Access Control (NAC), and mobile security solutions to enable secured and seamless end-user connectivity The Sales Renewals associate will facilitate and drive contract renewals, follows up of the partners exiting client base

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for driving service renewals business and meet revenue targets within an assigned geography and time-period This will require the ability to Meet monthly/quarterly and annual revenue targets Quoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration, so that all customer accounts are resolved prior to the expiration date Manage all renewal opportunities, calling/following-up with customers, and logging activity notes in the CRM system (SFDC) Manage the opportunity pipeline from week-to-week, providing accurate and timely updates to Management on progress and outlook Engaging in regular follow-ups with Customers/Partners/Distributors for on-time execution of Purchase Orders, for maintenance renewals Explain to Customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contract Qualify Customers for potential up-sell & cross-sell opportunities of support services & the core-business Maintain a strong understanding of current and new products, as well as promotions Ensure proper customer data is collected and input into the database

Qualifications & Skills Required Language proficiency (with excellent written/verbal communication skills) Minimum of 2 years in Contract Renewal, Sales, Inside Sales, and/or Customer-facing role in the tech/telecom industry Experience in IT Products and Software Service Industry Preferred experience with ERP/CRM systems, such as NetSuite or SalesForce (primarily with SFDC) A general understanding of contracts & terms, specific to maintenance of hardware & software products Excellent organization and time management skills; able to manage highly complex and/or critical customer issues

Desired Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Demonstrable experience in a role involving critical thinking ie ability to analyze issues, make decisions and problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting Pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required Ability to manage and handle conflict professionally and to drive to resolution

Education Bachelors degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business discipline Reading, writing and speaking proficiency in any of the international languages -Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin
