Graduate , MBA , Experience of solution sales (ERP) preferably from healthcare business Sales Skills , Negotiation Skills , Networking Skills , Proposal Making Skills , Understanding of Pricing & effort estimation , , Budgets

Behavioral and Leadership competencies

Acumen , Organized , Outgoing , Rejection Handling , Rebound Abilities , Excellent Communication & Oratory Skills , Leadership Qualities , Impeccable communication skills in english (knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage)

Responsibilities

To achieve set sales target & objectives for particular assign geographical market

To prepare sales tour plan for each quarter in advance

To get Key Strategic Partners and Accounts in each geography & Key Strategic Customer Accounts for each product Line

To coordinate with Mktg team and provide support for lead generation

To follow pre - defined sales process from opportunity till deal closure

To assist and coordinate with presales for effective presentation and better coordination

Provide inputs towards preparation of RFI (specific to financial , payment terms and general terms & condition),
