Join a team which is on for front lines of Applied Materials business execution; laying the groundwork for future innovation and growth

Seeking a Senior project/program manager with strong workflow and process development/documentation background and preferably a belted Six Sigma certification Experienced / knowledgeable with service operations, business processes, service management and IT service systems Projects will include workflow mapping, development of IT specifications for databases, acceptance testing, dashboard and metric development and ongoing operational support The vision is to make our operations more robust, efficient and scalable while creating a great customer experience that enables a productive and safe workplace experience


Break down, analyze, optimize and document complex workflows, creating efficiency and scalability and reducing process cycle times
Seek to understand, transform and consolidate service systems and processes globally
Analyze service requirements / processes and drive to find the right solutions
Drive customer experience and process related architecture for our offered services
Establish lasting change management capabilities This includes both centralized/global and regional expertise across all service sectors
Leverage various platforms to support our service processes
Establish global services & systems dashboards, metrics and reporting tools to monitor and ensure optimal efficiency
Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and user experience
Integrate / maintain robust operations and project management processes
Engage and follow up with stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

BS degree in Information Tech, Industrial Engineering or related field
MBA or MBA candidate
3-5 years experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry (could include military experience)
Six Sigma Blackbelt
Familiar with workflows and process documentation/technical writing
Service management of large organizations (global organization and global experience is advantage)
Strong background in managing IT / customer services such as desktop support, service desk, call center (experience with facility services is advantage)
Familiar with setting and measuring SLAs and KPIs to monitor services
10 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology in more than one of the following Service management systems
Service Governance / Management

Familiar with call center systems
3-5 years experience in supporting service / business processes
Experience influencing stakeholders across the organization
Experience working in a multicultural, international organization
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational, consultative, and conflict resolution skills
Good analytical skills, details oriented, ability to effectively listen to and resolve customer issues
Good business acumen, ability to understand end to end business processes and work in a global environment
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills to work well on cross-functional teams and at all levels of an organization
