Job Description

Manage and develop Business Support Service line focused projects within the group with key focus area on back office support business
Step-up to a total results oriented attitude that manifests itself by working with the client to assure reasonable expectations are gathered, acknowledged, shared, tracked (audit) and achieved
Be responsible for managing client relationship on a day-to-day basis through available communication channels
Keep management updated on a daily/weekly basis on the developments and progress of the assigned accounts
Facilitate & contribute in the Training process towards Continuous Improvement Programs
Provide necessary on-the-floor training to team as deemed necessary
Actively participate in Process Engineering and Re-engineering activities
Managing a designated team of associates in Coimbatore & Bangalore locations
To supervise teams assigned to ensure client deliverables are met within the established SLAs
Responsible for ensuring productivity targets (Daily /Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) are achieved
Constantly strive to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
Motivate the team to constantly improve productivity and efficiency towards team goals, project objectives, and company vision
Provide administrative support in project management terms of status tracking and reporting
Responsible for ensuring expected quality standards for ALL deliverables
To facilitate a congenial and cohesive TEAM environment and ensure the team is always motivated
Facilitate achievement of organization goal and objectives
Facilitate & contribute in the Training process towards Continuous Education Programs
Track individual effort/output and provide feedback wherever necessary to the team towards constant improvement
Provide necessary on-the-floor training to team as deemed necessary
Develop tools for efficient production


10-15 years of overall with minimum of 8 years of experience in shared service/ services BPO industry
Internal candidates at L52/3 aspiring for SDM career path
Ability to manage operational staff working to tight timelines while maintaining quality
High standard of personal integrity (Dependability to handle extremely confidential information in a professional manner)
High level of Customer Focus, Accountability, High degree of ownership
Adaptability, able to handle multiple demands (Ability to multi-task)
Aggressive, flexible, and mentoring nature
Strong Knowledge in back office or services domain
Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent Verbal & Written communications skills in English

Additional Information Suitable candidates from BANGALORE may also be considered (NO RELOCATION REQUIRED)

This respondent in this position will work with independent accountability Ideally candidates in L53/54 looking for SLx growth in a SDM role woudl be interested in this role
