Sr Production Engineer

Job Description

Identification and execution of process improvements/ cost reduction activities across the site
Trouble shooting of plant problems and de-bottle necking the process
To prepare the basic and detailed engineering for new/expansion projects
Preparation of P&IDs and PFDs
Preparation of qualification documents for new /expansion projects
Preparation of item list required for execution of new initiatives/ modifications/ improvements in existing processes by coordinating with Projects/ Engineering department
Support the respective department personnel during execution of new initiatives/ modifications/ improvements in existing processes
To estimate the utility consumption coefficients for plants and products
Minimum 10 Years experience in Metal Working Chemical Background
Hard core chemical production/Batch process
Qualification BE/BTech- Chemical only
CTC 9-10 LPA
Language- Kannada Preffered Not Mandatory
Location Bangalore, Bidadi
