Job overview


This position will be responsible for providing process and project support for Global SC L &D Primarily this role will be focused on creating , monitoring and improving L &D processes that support onboarding , skill development and SC capability development at global level including support for launch of global SC University This role will have a solid line reporting to the Supply Chain Director , GIC located in India and dotted line reporting to the SC L &D Director located at Corporate HQ


Responsibilities



  • All processes related to Learning management systems , reporting , analysis , standardized course set up , curriculum management , content management , and will work in partnership with Functional L &D leaders to deliver their learning solutions



  • Adherence to budget and overseeing the vendor management process including documentation , NDAs , MSAs , Risk assessment are completed for all new vendors



  • Sourcing and managing vendors to deliver content for critical transformation projects and be responsible for managing vendor performance



  • Onboarding process administration for global SC employees through LMS system and will also be responsible for currency of content in partnership with SC Functional L &D leaders and regional leads



  • Transitioning L &D work processes that can be centralized and automated out of the respective functions



  • Design , Develop and lead the deployment of L &D process standards



  • Manage internal and external resources for content development and onboarding deployment



  • Administer and manage processes that monitor , track and improve program quality , vendor standards and onboarding of SC talent



  • Partner with function L &D leaders to provide required support for L &D processes (needs analysis , project management of programs , delivery co- ordination , vendor management , GBS/TOC engagement)



  • Provide Leadership and guidance to L &D leaders on transitioning L &D work that can be centralized and/or automated


Qualification & experience



  • Minimum of 8- 10 years of overall experience in Learning & Development with at least 5 years in providing Technology enabled learning solutions



  • Must have solid Instructional Design & project management experience



  • Prefer Instructional Design Certifications



  • Proven ability to manage learning management systems



  • Expertise in mapping processes , monitoring and improving them



  • Proven experience in large scale complex projects with significant ambiguity
