We are looking for a seasoned sales pro with the ability to individually generate large enterprise leads through outbound prospecting and at the same time guide the rest of the team in achieving their targets through constant feedback


Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound emails/cold calls/warm calls on a daily basis Primarily targeting accounts of high ticket size
Taking onus of a specific Geography, mapping all relevant accounts and achieving traction
Ensure the operation and accuracy of data on the CRM
Work alongside other inside sales team members to help them reach lead targets
Derive insights from the inside sales data to be incorporated as feedback to refine processes
Oversee the process adherence and ensure there are no leaks
Understand org level revenue targets and contribute to pipeline generation by streamlining all internal people and processes
Stay in sync with the sales team, understand the market response and incorporate relevant feedback in the outreach process
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for closure


BBA/BTech or equivalent degree
A proven inside sales/outbound marketing experience of at least 5 years
In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS sales administration process
A natural ability to write and speak along with rapport building and other interpersonal skills to be able to befriend prospects
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively accompanied by a problem-solving attitude
Adept in advanced excel and powerpoint
Experience in calling APAC/US/MENA regions will be an add on as we plan to expand to newer markets out of India
