POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior HR Coordinator is committed to delivering continuous improvements in our businesses by building leadership, talent and organizational capability As a member of the Trojan Technologies Global HR Team, this individual will provide HR support that aligns with business strategies and operational needs in a proactive and solutions orientated manner Supporting both associates and leaders, this position will focus on elements including daily HR activities, Talent

Acquisition and Planning, Learning and Development, Engagement and Associate Relations This position is based in Cortland, New York

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provides support to client group including both leaders and associates on all HR-related matters, with the guidance of the HR Business Partner

Supports the organization and talent process for assigned client groups, including training leaders on tools and processes

Drives recruitment effort for all positions in partnership with the talent acquisition team; support hiring manager by guiding them through the recruitment process and policies and engaging in Recruiter/Hiring Manager meetings as needed to influence the recruiting strategy

Supports the Danaher Go! Internal candidate process

Monitors career and succession planning initiatives, including guiding managers with performance management initiatives

Drives site diversity and equal employment opportunity initiatives in accordance with the AAP goals

Leads and supports human resources projects and prepares a variety of reports; including P4G/D4G, annual engagement survey rollout and action planning, annual open enrollment, etc

Reviews new or revised job specifications and ensures compliance on job descriptions in concert with standard work

KPI Champion for all HR reporting

Liaison for all requests from Pall Corp for current integrated Pall Water reporting

Consults with Managers and Associates on performance concerns, P4G/D4G and improvement plans

Informs employees of changes in human resources policies and assists in implementation and change management requirements

Responsible for all new hire onboarding, Workday business processes and other elements that contribute to a successful experience

Assists leaders and HR Business Partner with associate change actions including hires, moves, promotions and exits Ensures staffing changes are handled with consideration for talent, development and organizational needs as well as application of appropriate policies and practices

Facilitates training and development programs

Assists with associate relations matters while applying knowledge of HR protocol and employment standards to facilitate conflict management and resolve issues

Champions the use of DBS tools (Problem Solving, RCCM, Kaizen, etc) in HR processes

Applies Daily Management and effectively utilizes metrics to identify, recommend and implement areas for improvement

Creates, maintains and ensures compliance of associate records

Ensures compliance with governmental, legal and labor requirements

Ensures proper administration for all HR-related policies, procedures, systems and processes

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

5 years of HR experience in a high growth, dynamic environment

PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives

Experience in talent acquisition and talent development, organizational development, compensation and employee relations

Experience working in a metrics driven organization with demonstrated understanding of how HR supports the business

Customer focused

Detail-oriented while also able to think strategically

High energy and capable of operating in a fast-moving environment

Able to maintain highly confidential information

Able to handle conflict and effectively deal with difficult situations

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Excellent writing skills

Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Demonstrated proficiency in time management and action plan development and execution

Ability to travel outside North America
