Sr Director, Head of Campus Horizontal Strategy

Key Responsibilities

Utilize data-gathering and modeling to inform an analytically rigorous approach for Campus Recruiting

Define key impact metrics and build infrastructure to drive scale, candidate experience, associate experience, quality of hire, and efficiency

Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices

Develop strategic partnerships with targeted universities, plan and execute on-campus events, and manage interview days

Lead team to deliver against top, diverse hiring goals through appropriate experimentation, best practice benchmarking, and by following emerging trends

Promote the continued evolution and impact of the distinctive employment brand and value proposition of Capital One

Lead and mentor a team of 20 associates

Partner with senior leadership to address evolving talent needs

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or military experience

At least 10 years of professional client management experience

At least 3 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree or MBA

Experience leading or participating in Campus Recruiting within a consulting or technology-centric organization that is fast-paced and agile

Experience advising executive leadership

Demonstrated ability to serve as a change agent and drive transformation
