Job Description:

Key areas of responsibility

- Secures day to day operational activities for in a specified Business unit set-up on a multi competent basis Delivers support related to service requests as agreed upon with the customer

- Participates in project execution and handover Identifies repetitive operational constraints, efficiency gains and structural improvements

- Continuous focus on improvement of business processes

- Day-to-day call administration, call logging, acknowledgement and communication

- Secures day to day operational activities for in a specified BU/Cluster set-up on a multi competent basis

1) Pro-actively plans own work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, reporting back in case of priority conflicts

2) Identifies process improvement possibilities and support optimization

3) Responsible for quality of deliverables

- Delivers support related to service requests as agreed with the customer

- Provides 1st line support and advice on activities and tooling for both internal and external customers ?

- (Cross-) system functional support on related business applications ?

- Content management for online publication / related business applications ?

- Content quality management ? Implementation and publication of online B2C marketing content ?

- Training of users on (new) tooling/processes Identifies repetitive operational constraints, efficiency gains and proposes structural improvements
