Why this role matters

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the technical leadership and solution E2E or across multi-tower complex designs for customer contract, business area across multiple releases and projects Responsible for pulling together E2E solutions across a range of towers, including network, compute, application, integration, security and service management

Will be responsible for defining and maintaining technical roadmap for area, including stakeholder and proactively contributing to the product evolution by bringing an understanding of what new product/service capabilities can be enabled by emerging technology capabilities Responsible for ensuring that design assurance occurs on the relevant complex contract

What youll be doing

Key contributor and provide expert advice to other groups on technical and operational issues Drive innovation into the customer accounts, support business development activity

ensures that the solution/s offer minimum delivery and operational risk and lifetime total cost of ownership (TCO)

This role would be applied across all technical and solution aspects, spanning network, systems and process This would be following agreed policies of the platforms/domains Functional and non-functional requirements Provide the technical architecture for the e2e solution for small-medium contract, or working on a larger or more complex contract with a Senior Solution Architect Responsible for identifying cost saving / margin improvement initiatives within a contract based on solution or service optimisation

Consults and advises senior stakeholders, internally and in a multi-vendor environment, (Chief Architect/ Vice-president level) Will be the BT solution lead from a customer perspective and act as a customer champion

Recognised as a key contributor and provide expert advice to other groups on technical and operational issues

Detailed technical expertise needed for the job

HR Capabilities Knowledge strong skills and knowledge in the following business capability / process areas core HR including position management, recruitment & talent management, learning, reward & pensions management, payroll management, sales commission and contingent worker management

SaaS Solutions for HR Knowledgeable in Fusion HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fieldglass

Worked in the HR area across both UK and rest of the world and have knowledge of the key HR requirements in country

Experience that an individual in this role is expected to have
