Job Description:

1 Source business for new through engagement with intermediary channels
2 Ensure that all Service Level Standards agreed with various units and clients are met with high levels of integrity and professionalism
3 Provide custody clients with a single point of contact on all matters pertaining to the custody relationship
4 Set-up monthly marketing events with intermediaries to build traction and source new business
5 Conduct regular reviews / documentation of Service Level Agreements with clients and customer segment
6 Prepare and disseminate custody circulars on market developments, operation changes, regulatory & securities industry updates
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1) Sourcing of new clients for Custody and PCM business
2) Product management experience with PCM and Custody business
3) On boarding of client in coordination with the relationship team and operations team
4) Establish good working relationship with reputed FI clients
5) Conduct marketing events on monthly basis for intermediaries
6) Responsibility for ensuring that the compliance of all procedures with banking/statutory requirements and securities industry are updated as per market developments
7) Participating in projects affecting custody processes arising from new/revised business areas
8) Initiate continual enhancements to productivity and quality of service in line with developments within Processing & Services Group and the Bank
9) Planning for operational changes to meet securities and custody market developments
10) Ensure prompt responses to clients queries
11) Work with the client on account structure so that the account registration process with SEBI is smooth
12) Liaise with client on the account opening document requirements
13) Ensure that the transition of new business is smooth
14) Offer innovative solutions to provide clients with value-added services, in consultation with product / operations
15) Prepare responses to issues and presentation slides for clients service reviews and due diligence visits
16) Liaise with other sections within branch, with Head Office on regulatory or operational issues impacting credit arrangements and overall Bank relationship
17) Keep abreast of market developments and keep the clients updated on the same,
