Key Accountabilities

Key role in operationally leading the technical delivery of support and enhancements to Oracle Applications/EBS (R121 or higher)
Support Activities Support and troubleshooting of existing enterprise applications (Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Data conversions and OAF Pages)
Database Structure Design For Tables, views, sequences, synonyms, database triggers etc Creation of SQL Packages, Functions, Procedures etc Form & OAF personalization Expertise in performance tuning and Root Cause Analysis
Application Development Development of Forms and Reports (Forms and Reports development for custom application within oracle)
Integration and Interfacing Development of custom application within oracle, Integration of customized applications with oracle application modules
Training and Implementation Training Team, Implementation of oracle applications, Technical Documentation
Support on Service Desk Manage and resolve service requests for supported enterprise applications
Project Assignments Ensure project assignments are completed within the agreed deadlines and completely documented
Business/Team Interactions Fluent written and oral communication in English
Code Quality Perform code reviews, peer design and ensure code changes are as per development standards
Resource Management Ensures that team has the information needs to resolve work items and gets them past any barriers

Required Skill Set

8 years of technical experience with Oracle Applications/EBS
3 year experience as Technical Manager/Lead preferably in Oracle Application/EBS
Expert-level design and technical development experience in creating Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, views, collections (nested tables and arrays), records, sequences, Materialized views, Constraints and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL
Ability to understand the functionality of existing components and carry out functional testing for such components If needed coordinate with users to understand/ conduct functional testing
Manage service requests in Oracle and related systems when required
Be able to manage Issues, Change requests and Change Orders for future consideration and resolution
Quality Assurance and Testing to make sure the applications implemented for FIS future function properly and as per requirement
Expert knowledge of Oracle E-Business suite Financial, Projects & SCM Modules (GL, AGIS, AP, AR, FA, CM, PA, PO, INV, I-Exp, I-Proc)
Expertise in Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Workflows, BI Publisher
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, RICE Components, SQL tuning, UNIX & Shell Scripting
Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Databases
Hands-on experience on OAF development and personalization
Atleast 2-3 Oracle R12 end to end implementations in the above modules
Expertise in creating interfaces using Standard APIs and Interface Tables and expertise in Data Loading
Good knowledge of Oracle Discoverer / OBIEE
Expert in using tools like SQL Plus, SQL Developer, Toad, Putty, WinSCP etc
Good Analytical, Technical, Time Management and Communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office and Documentation tools
Experience with oracle data conversion using tool based approach
