Description

Primary responsibility is to monitor, handling user requests, investigate production issues, alerts escalated from L1, monitoring teams as well as Service requests
Provide 24by7 production support for CRM applications
Regularly updating the ticketing system to track production incidents and managing the ticket queues
Responsible for providing the support as an L2 Analyst depending on the priority of the issues to meet client SLA
Closely work with development teams and PODs to resolve production issues, bug fix
Analyze business requirements and prepare clear choices for multiple IT solutions to satisfy business needs
Maintaining application knowledge required to support applications and updating support procedures or troubleshooting procedures on knowledge repository
On call support on weekends
Problem management
Give weekly status report of open Problem records to Production Support Manager
Responsible for handling releases or deployments, Change Management
Carry out adhoc activities and automating shell scripts to make support work easier

Implementing a consistent and effective approach to Support, ensuring the identification and implementation of best practice across the organization to enable the
highest operational standards This is as senior support role within a growing organization and as such you will be responsible for ensuring that the production
services teams both locally and globally are performing and operating at a high standard

Interact with development teams to influence priorities of problem resolutions
Change management attend CAB meetings and provide sign-off rejection of changes based on resource allocation and capabilities of the team
Release Management ensure that the offshore resources are scheduled and provide any aircover for the analysts
Incident and Problem management - Track trends, gather information for management reports, provide management summaries for large issues
Proactively work to improve the production environment
Liaising with other IT groups to resolve issues across system boundaries
Liaising with developers and 3rd party vendors for core bug fixes
DR and BCP testing for supported applications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills both written and Verbal
Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalations
Excellent communication skills frequent interaction with senior managers
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
Ability to manage and balance competing agendas
Ability to translate technical jargon to fit various audiences

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Including technical knowledge, industry experience, IT knowledge levels required, languages etc
4 years experience supporting applications running in MS Windows and net environments and Dynamics CRM, Azure Cloud exposure
CRM exposure will be an add on advantage
Previous SQL experience; ORACLE or Microsoft SQLServer preferred, reporting tools like SSRS reports
Previous experience supporting financial applications Banking Domain understanding Expertise on any of the CRM products
Proficient in MS Office like Excel, Access, and Project skills
Working within an ITIL framework
