Min 5yrs of exp in all type of veg & Non-veg & also in Dosa, Chappathi, Parotta tiffin items
Should have good knowledge about South Indian Cuisine
Should be able to prepare variety of South Indian dishes
Should constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
Ensure to maintain appropriate grooming standards, hygiene and code of conduct
Ensure that the preparation and presentation of food complies with the standards
Maintain quality & consistency
Coordinate and cooperate with F&B Service, Room Service, Purchase and Stores department

Salary INR 7,00,000 - 7,50,000 PA
