Solutions Lead Pre Sales
5 Years
Solid experience in participation in the entire deal lifecycle right from first calls, building high quality collateral development, proposals, statements of work, with specific to Quality Engineering services Minimum experience must be 3 years in pure play testing services Overall experience about 4 to 5 years at minimum
Writing winning RFP responses and winning the RFP from Enterprises against the best of breed competition
Creating compelling solution decks and RFP defense decks for both Enterprises and ISVs Adept at proposing creative engagement and commercial models ensuring win/win for Innominds and the clients while ensure healthy GM
Support the sales team in terms of high quality collateral and All deadlines are met and all requests are managed on time, zero escalations from the sales
Contributor in building Pre-Sales collaterals, content for Testing IP, Service line capabilities, new pricing models and knowledge
Strengthen reusable assets repository across domains and key service offerings and provide trainings to team on customer advocacy, new service offerings
Proactive ownership, periodic updates to Corporate Deck to stay ahead of the game
Have good understanding of overall STLC and QA processes across functional, automation, performance and security testing
Understanding of emerging QE practices related performance engineering, security engineering, Agile and DevOps
