Job Description:

We are seeking exceptional candidates with experience and passion to fill a BCG Omnia -Solution Services Manager position in BCGs new business unit This global business unit is an integral part of BCGs strategy to develop new digital client service offerings in order to deliver superior value and sustained impact The unit has responsibilities for full-lifecycle of BCG proprietary data and software assets, from initial business case to roadmap delivery, launch, and ongoing support operations All of BCGs core product capabilities are housed within the business unit including product management, design, development, support, and data analytics experts who work in deep collaboration with BCG practice areas, consulting teams, and clients This team, of highly motivated and insightful colleagues, will provide an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment supported by a global management consulting firm, which is the worlds leading advisor on business strategy

You will join an expanding team which implements flagship products at our client organizations Flagship products are multi-million dollar BCG products which complement their consulting offerings You will join the Software delivery team to manage the implementation and support of the products at our clients Primary responsibilities include

Software delivery and support management across multiple products, geographies, and clients
Ownership of SLA, stakeholder, quality and budget management
Team management including coaching/mentoring, appraisals and career development
Drive innovation, automation, and excellence in specialty areas of analytics, business intelligence, and technology
Drive excellence in Infrastructure Management and Product Support
Up to 10 PERCENT time commitment towards travel

Service Management

Thought partner with Leadership/management towards setting up and maintaining world-class service operations
Understands service and infrastructure management and drives innovation, high standards of quality and supporting processes in areas of expertize
Support product delivery across multiple client organizations
Owns delivery management including capacity planning & forecasting, operational budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting
Accountable for data accuracy, timeliness, and overall quality
Expand the range of services offered as per business and client requirement

Stakeholder management

Thought partner to BCG Omnia leadership towards scoping of requirements, problem-solving and recommending best solutions
Ability to influence global stakeholders
Ability to drive change through collaboration with several functional teams and varying stakeholder levels

People Management

Hands-on experience in managing delivery teams, and covering all facets of people management/employee life cycle from hire to retire including forecasting, recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, learning and development, career progression and off-boarding
Appraises team members performances and offer continuous, realistic and constructive feedback to team members and ensure team members feel supported at all times
Periodically conduct learning needs identification exercises and work with necessary teams to seek support on upskilling and cross-skilling the talent pool
Able to adapt to best practices in new environments and evangelize the companys policies on members
Create a conducive environment for team members to be able to sustain the BCG values and culture


Complex problem-solving leveraging data-driven approaches and analytical methods
Working in an ambiguous environment and applying structured problem-solving skills
Managing senior stakeholders and driving change through influencing skills
Communicating your ideas clearly, concisely and coherently
Project and people management with strong leadership skills, a high degree of motivation and a spirited attitude
Interpersonal communications and networking skills


Masters/Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer science, or related field
Total Work experience of 12-14 years
At least 8 years of project delivery and/or support experience
Product infrastructure management including but not limited to SQL Server, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, etc
Has built and sustained technical delivery team/s
Good understanding of executive dashboards and enabling technologies
Global exposure, program management, people management, and business operations
Proven experience in managing a team of at least 10 cross-functional members in a geographically dispersed setup
Thorough understanding of managing people processes, culture, and values in a large scale consulting/technology set up
Experienced in performance evaluation and change management principles
