Job Description
Software License Compliance is the process of ensuring that our customers comply with the terms of IBMs software license agreements As a compliance manager for this process, you are responsible for leading complex negotiations to closure with senior customer management Possession of a clear understanding of IBMs software licensing models and contract terms is also key You must equally be able to provide leadership and co-ordination of the extended IBM sales team, working within internal IBM Matrix Client teams, software sales representatives, legal, accounting, and pricing to advance settlements, to deliver positive customer experience and IBM revenue recognition within IBMs business conduct guidelines and controls

Responsibilities Conduct software license reviews on customers, with the help of our auditor partners
Reviewing audit data with auditors and customers and finalize license position
Directly negotiate with customer to achieve speedy and effective agreement and closure of reported license exposures
Territory planning Work with the extended IBM client sales teams to line up reviews
Managing relationships with independent auditors
Manage, report and deliver on a forecast pipeline
This is an Individual Contributor Role

Required Bachelors Degree or equivalent
At least 8 years experience in Sales management and engagement, or,
At least 8 years experience in IT solutions project delivery and project management
At least 5 years experience in Sales negotiations
At least 5 years experience in Sales management disciplines
At least 5 years experience in applying and aligning to a companys Mission/Vision/Strategy
Good command in written and spoken English is a must
Additional language capabilities Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
At least 8 years experience in Sales management and engagement, or,
At least 8 years experience in IT solutions project delivery and project management
At least 5 years experience in Sales negotiations
At least 5 years experience in Sales management disciplines
At least 5 years experience in applying and aligning to a companys Mission/Vision/Strategy
Good command in written and spoken English is a must
Additional language capabilities Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
At least 8 years experience in Sales management and engagement, or,
At least 8 years experience in IT solutions project delivery and project management
