Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center (OCPIC) software development team is seeking an experienced full stack software architect in web application We are seeking candidates with 11 years to 15 years of experience in full stack web development and architecture

OCPIC is telecom network analytics product that allows CSPs to be agile and nimble in changing telecom eco system and demanding end users Our team of engineers are expert at 100s of network protocols, databases storing vast amount of data and developing intuitive analytics applications to help CSPs with Network Performance, Service Assurance, Subscriber profiling, and Network Security and Marketing campaigns

RESPONSIBLITIES

Lead a team of web developers, guide and mentor them in their development activities

Architect, prototype, design and develop next generation web application suite for OCPIC

Come up with appropriate frameworks, libraries and tools for rapid application development which can deliver great user experience

Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to execute on the roadmap

Participate in the definition of the roadmap

Work/Co-ordinate/collaborate with global Oracle Communications team

Other duties may be assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

11 - 15 years of experience in architecting, designing & development of full stack web application development with backend on Java
Experience in building and working on enterprise web applications using JavaScript frameworks (OJET/ Angular/React or similar) in frontend preferably in OJET and Java technologies in the backend Servlets, Spring MVC
Be very strong in algorithms, data structures, problem-solving, building to scale by leveraging cloud computing in large scale consumption (distributed, scalable and high volume systems)
Architectural and development experience building RESTful Microservices services using Spring Boot or any other Microservices framework
Good knowledge in building cloud-native application
Proficiency in data modelling, database design (both SQL - preferably Oracle - and No SQL), ORM Tools (Hibernate etc) and Data Visualization/Analysis (Grafana, Logstash/Kibana, Splunk, Tableau, NewRelic)
Proficiency in J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
Well-versed in writing clean code in Java
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps tools & processes
Experience in using CI/CD tools Ant/Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GIT
Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
You possess strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Bachelors or MCA equivalent engineering/computer science education spanning 4 years

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area 7 years of software engineering or related experience
