Train Employees on English Language, Conduct sessions for Spoken English, Train on Voice and Accent,Train employees on comprehension and Grammar,Able to conduct Soft Skills/ Language training for all the verticals,Conduct Training Need Assessment identify the GAPs and plan the training as per organizational needs,Design course material and prepare a training plan for all the projects assigned,Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks,Manage and maintain in-house & External training facilities and equipment,Prepare annual Training Calendar,Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness,Track and report on training outcomes,Maintain employee training records,Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
