Join a dynamic Digital Engagement team where you can apply your experience as an innovative B-to-B Social Media Manager to help develop our Social Media Strategy and oversee all global social media programs across our Business Areas

Duties and Responsibilities include the following Other duties may be assigned

Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications and postings

Manage all paid and organic social media on all major Social Media Platforms, continually produce new campaigns and strategies across HID Globals Business Areas

Work closely with Marketing Managers to develop strategy and lead implementation on all social initiatives that support key marketing objectives

Work closely with Marketing Managers to define stories and narratives that both support the strategic initiatives and resonate with our target customers and partners

Maintain organic social media accounts, ensuring that all content is accurate, compelling, on-brand, and posted according to social calendars

Engage social media followers, answering questions and routing inquiries to other teams and functions at HID

Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of paid social campaigns from conception, to execution, to analysis

Maintain the highest level of knowledge of Paid Social Vendors ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in bid strategies, formats, and optimization

Define metric goals and growth campaigns for social analytics

Continuously measure performance, monitor pacing, optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks and recommend future tests

Teach others how to leverage data dashboards and reporting tools

Remain updated on platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space

Work with Customer Insights team to monitor social media and measure sentiment

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of 7-10 years of paid and organic social marketing experience in a B to B marketing team

Bachelors Degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing or relevant technical field, or equivalent education plus relevant job experience

Language Skills

Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing

Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc

Proficient in Social Media Management tools such as Hootsuite, Oktopost, etc

Customer Expectations

Highlight knowledge, skills, abilities and traits necessary in this role to satisfy our customers expectations

Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional internal customer , across all business units and regions
