LenovoPRO has emerged as Lenovos premier loyalty program dedicated to small businesses, who buy through Lenovocom or our small business telesales team This program is active in more than 10 countries and has been wildly successful in driving customer loyalty and growth in SMB sales The SMB Customer Program Manager will report to the head of WW SMB eCommerce, and will play a key role on the team as we continue to expand our program and increase its value to our customers The role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing customer program activities related to LenovoPRO, including ownership of primary program features, terms and conditions, customer activity metrics, and customer satisfaction / retention metrics This role will also be responsible for developing and managing the LenovoPRO Community and leveraging it to increase customer engagement

We are looking for someone with a strong marketing or customer success background, be hyper focused on customers, and possess an ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, countries and functions, and play a leadership role when necessary This role will work closely with business stakeholders, agencies, and other internal groups to develop and execute program features and evaluate results The Manager will be part of a collaborative, creative, and metrics-based team whose goal is to increase customer loyalty and share of IT spend The position will drive the lifecycle engagement through programmatic offerings, relevant content, community, messaging, and offer strategies The individual must be a self-starter and able to lead projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention to detail coupled with innovative thinking and a mindset of continuous improvement

Primary responsibilities
Drive worldwide implementation and management of the LenovoPRO customer program elements, including all primary features and Terms & Conditions documentation
Drive customer engagement by developing and executing lifecycle communication strategies for the SMB customer segment
Identify and develop new program features for LenovoPRO based on global best practices and loyalty program benchmarks from leaders in adjacent industries
Build and manage LenovoPRO community, and expand membership in target countries
Monitor customer contributions to LenovoPRO community and ensure appropriate responses are delivered in timely fashion
Collaborate with local and global resources to create highly engaging programs and content that spark interest and engagement from our small and medium sized business target audiences
Present results to eCommerce management team and other stakeholders and make recommendations to program strategy and direction
Manage tracking and reporting of customer loyalty, retention, and value against defined benchmarks
Derive and articulate direct and indirect attribution of program features to revenue attainment
Ensure design, branding, and tone are consistent across all regions

Position Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
At least 7 years of experience in customer marketing and proven track record executing successful B2B direct marketing programs; media and/or community management experience a plus
Ability to manage through influence and lead project teams across different geographic regions
Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative skills
Attention to detail and results oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills to adapt to different situations and be a global team player
Resourceful and self-motivated
Willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Background in marketing principles, and experience with database management
Strong collaborative experience in teaming with Sales to drive results
Thrives working in a fast-paced, global environment
