Job Description:

1 Traveling around your city assessing new store potential and competitor activity

2 To liaise with Local Government/Municipal offices to find details of Urban Planning & new developments
3 Attending real estate exhibition and searching online portals for New residential development -
4 Liaise with property executives on new site opportunities
5 Produce concise and clear memos and communications
6 Ensure relevant databases are fully updated
7 Producing reports appraising proposed site opportunities using site research best practice to help guide
business property investment decisions
8 Producing new store sales forecasts
9 Develop strong local knowledge of competitor activity in your city and produce insightful summaries to
keep our business informed of risks and opportunities
10 Advise the Store Marketing Group on new store catchment information
11 To support local city visits by senior management members
Desirable Knowledge and Skills
1 Location research experience with knowledge of retail sector
2 Can work independently and be a team player at the same time
3 Strong numeric and analytical skills
4 Good presentation and written skills, fluent in English
5 GIS knowledge (MAPINFO) and MS Access skills are desirable but not essential
6 Local language skills are desirable but not essential
