Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

- As SCRUM master, run multiple content development projects in parallel using Agile methodology

- Develops strategies to enhance decision making

- Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities and set priorities for various operations metrics

- Effectively managing budgets and timelines using Agile practices

- Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure project completion within established time frames

- Drives and facilitates simple to complex projects; focus on results and measuring attainment of outcomes

- Self-driven, able to prioritize tasks and implement changes smoothly, effectively plan, coordinate and meet deadlines (within SLAs)

- Strong skills to resolve complex situations through proactive actions & internal stakeholders interfacing skills

- Responsible for effective communication and escalation management

- Internal teams and Vendor performance management

- Understanding internal team and vendor concerns and addressing them in retrospects

- Process management and enhancement

- Facilitating Sprint planning, SCRUM, Agile steering committee, Sprint grooming, and Retrospect meetings
