Job Role Summary

* Work with a Global team to provide support for Siebel CRM application;
* Interact with business to address application Incidents, as well as potential enhancements and downloads for system migration;
* Be part of Agile team, willing to share knowledge and support other team members

Job Role Responsibilities

Use Siebel CRM tools for Coding / scripting work and configuration changes
Provide system support troubleshooting, advice, consultancy services to users
Deliver change/ fix per request to user through change management process
Coordinate with related parties to solve issues

Expected Level of Proficiency

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferably)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Siebel CRM covering pricing (quote/agreement), Sales (customer master), order, integration with SAP
Siebel developer skills
Oracle Database and SQL command
Fluent English
Analytical skills, collaboration, communicates effectively, makes sound decisions and shows initiative
