Job Description:

PPC Job responsibilities

- Develop digital marketing strategy and adopt campaign plans to drive leads and conversions

- Configure PPC ad campaigns in Google Adwords and social channels to achieve maximum revenues and ROI over low cost-per-acquisition

- Deploy and manage paid advertising campaigns in diverse verticals

- Optimize and improve conversion funnel including ad execution, lead activation, landing page engagement, sales opportunities, and sales

- Configure conversion tracking process and develop audience segments for retargeting

- Communicate with prospects and customers to achieve maximum PPC results

- Coordinate with design to implement landing page changes

- Coordinate with development team to source tracking codes

- Generate periodic PPC advertising reports and take accountability of report generation tasks for different clients

PPC Requirements

- Must have minimum 2 years of experience in major PPC ad platforms including Google Adwords, Facebook Ads

- Have in-depth knowledge on measurement metrics in all forms of digital paid marketing campaigns including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, AOV, and CR among others

- Possess sharp thinking, curiosity and willing to learn

- Possess strong desire to achieve mastery in PPC

- Excellent vocal and written communication skills

- Possess capability to work in a high-pressure, tight deadline-driven environment for delivering stipulated results on clients- projects

SEO Responsibilities

- Plan and deploy SEO campaigns, collect and measure campaign results, identify scopes and insights to attain optimal ROI in paid SEO campaigns

- Track, measure, report, and evaluate insights from website analytics, PPC campaigns

- Optimize all landing pages for SEO and SEM campaigns

- Manage and control search campaign expenses, ensure adherence to the budget, analyzing campaign costs and manage discrepancies

- Work on keyword discovery and optimization

- Research, plan and implement best SEO recommendations and practices

- Develop and deploy link building strategies

- Align with the management team to boost SEO in terms of content

- Align with the development team to make sure recommended SEO best practices are being implemented in newly developed code

- Advise improvements to website structure, website links and content, and other areas to overall improve SEO rankings on target keywords


- Must have demonstrated Google Ad Words and Pay Per Click experience

- Proven SEO and SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

- Robust knowledge in performance marketing, conversion, acquisition

- Thorough expertise and experience in all major analytics including Google Analytics, Omniture, NetInsight, WebTrends etc

- Proven experience in A/B experiments

- Proven hands-on knowledge and experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS

- In-depth understanding of SEO ranking and search engine algorithms

- Updated with the latest SEO, SEM and PPC trends and best practices

- Microsoft or BS degree is a huge plus
