Job Description:

Account Manager B2C OEM

Purpose

- Deliver top line growth by selling Shell Customer Value Proposition in line with Shell HSSE policy and Shell General business Principles

- Coordination with business finance, credit, customer care center, sales support and logistics teams to ensure the implementation of the strategy for the sector and for its growth

- To handle the Rajasthan & East Region handling Franchised Workshop

Accountabilities

- Managing a Target & Off Role Staff to achieve Volume, Net Proceeds and C3 targets as per T&R plans

- Working Capital Management with correct Sales forecasting, good credit control as focus areas and deliver business plan within DSO and OD % targets Take business decisions that reduce risk to business and are profitable to Shell

- Maintain and grow good working relationships and business associations with the OEM Commercial, Sales and service teams

- Drive the business through SPANCOP process, supporting for conversions and ensuring increase in market penetration and market share

- Ensure Sales 1st process, tools and gladiatorial standards are met by self

- Effectively manage direct costs within the business and ensure competitive cost structure for business conduct

- Working along with marketing team, build, support, develop and implement marketing initiatives and business growth strategy

- Utilize all available resources effectively for business growth and manage interface with support functions for the business

- Adhering to Shell General Business Principles in all transactions and conduct of business with external parties; demonstrate and inculcate this behavior

- Demonstrating commitment to and be responsible for HSSE and the companys commitment on sustainable development; inculcating safety conscious behavior, with external parties; meeting own safety targets as per the performance contract

- Demonstrate inclusive behavior in all aspects of the companys work, provide equal opportunity and treatment to people from both genders, different cultural and ethnic backgrounds and recognize and respect different ways of thinking

Experience required

- Work experience of 5 to 7 years with preferably engineering & Management back ground

- Good understanding of B2B & B2C Business and experience in Sales

- High focus on performance and delivery

- Strong Customer focus, preferably with Key Account

- Energetic & ready to travel

- Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviors will be taken into account during the selection process
