Technical Experience

- Should have working knowledge in RFP and RFI

- Creation of RFP response and enterprise solution

- Proficient in Microsoft O365

- EUC assessment and design experience

- Assist Sales team with Transition/transformation

- Responsible to provide Solution, High level Design and Implementation of Office 365 Hybrid Migration from On-Premises Exchange Server to Exchange Online o365

- Responsible to provide Solution, High level Design and Implementation On-Premises to Lync server to Skype for Business Online/MS Teams

- Design and Implementation of Exchange Hybrid/SFB Hybrid/MS Team

- Design and Solutioning of Enterprise voice - SFB Online/MS Teams

- Migration Experience on o365 - Exchange Online and Skype for Business Online/MS Teams

- Good Knowledge on Microsoft Teams,

- Design and Implementation of ADFS and WAP server and AAD Connect Server

- Design and Implementation of MDM - Intune/Mobile Iron/AirWatch

- Experience in Managed Support for O365 including Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Teams, Share point Online, and One drive, Power BI and Delve

- Experience in Managed Support for O365 including Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Teams and Share Point Online

- Trouble shooting experience AAD Connect Server

- Experience on Tenant Management

- Good Knowledge on Licensing E3/E5

- Experience in configuring DLP - Data loss Protection

- Experience on configuring Antivirus/Antispam Software EOP and ATP- O365/IronPort

- Sound Knowledge on Certificates

- Knowledge on AD

- Experience Exchange Server

- Good Knowledge on DNS

- Experience in migration of SharePoint 2013 Site collections to SharePoint online

- Experience in Share point architectural design, development and customization of solutions including Collaboration Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms

- planning and standardized the application of various SharePoint CUs (cumulative updates), SP (service packs) and language packs

- knowledge repository to document all the procedural tasks implemented on Development, stage and Production SharePoint servers or farms

- Responsible to Collaborated with system administrators and operations team to setup and configure SharePoint 2010 development and staging on environments and troubleshoot issues arising from upgrade and maintenance tasks

- Handling Migrating issues from on-premises to cloud, Exchange Administration with respect to Database issues, mail flow, Daily administration task with respect to Exchange, Troubleshooting L3/L2 related issues

- Good Knowledge in OneDrive, Yammer and Microsoft Teams

- Troubleshooting on different modalities of Lync/Skype for Business such as Enterprise Voice, Unified Messaging, IM and Presence, VoIP

- Experience in PowerShell Scripts

- Create new knowledgebase articles to capture new learnings for reuse throughout the support center

- Collaborated with other Technical Support Engineers who may need assistance working a case; utilized expertise area to help them in order to most quickly facilitate solutions for the customer

- End user support for Outlook 2016 and Skype for Business (Online and Thick Client)
