Your Role and Responsibilities
1 as the Cloud Professional Services seller to drive for opportunities and grow the Cloud Professional business in PRC
2 to meet the services selling target every quarter with growing gross profit each quarter
3 to take ownership on services solution design at engagement cycle to meet client requirement and development roadmap
4 to work with internal local and overseas delivery teams as well as to liaise with business partners to drive for profitable services contracts
5 to build rapport on few identified major customers
6 be sensitive on market trend and adjust the team selling tactics from time to time

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- IT background, solution selling track records on successful software implementation and application development projects
- has had one or two industry insight specially, such as banking and insurance
- has the capability and be confident to communicate with client C level
- good communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
- able to work under pressure around the clock
- very clear on contract financial management and subcontractor management
- familiar with IBM products and solutions, sound knowledge particularly on Hybrid Cloud Integration software and Analytics software preferred
- practical project management experience on software application development projects is an advantage
