Around 10 Years overall and 4 Yrs of SNOW Implementation technical hands on profile with solutioning and Architecting experience
ITSM is must and ITOM and HRSD skillset and experience would be good to have skill
Should have 2 Yrs of team and people management experience
Must have experience in working with onsite offshore setup
Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise Service Management solutions using ServiceNow
Accountable for technical solutions proposed/implemented and all changes pushed to production environment
Oversee in the design and maintenance of a global configuration management database (CMDB) in ServiceNow
Deliver passionate, persuasive, strategic, and technically competent ServiceNow expertise to our global user and customer base
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow Advise customers/users on workflow design
Development effort includes (but not limited to) enhancements, customized portal webpages, portal consolidation, automated workflow solutions, advanced scripting of business rules, UI policies, client scripts, 3rd party software integrations, bi-directional API-based solutions etc
Lead administration of ServiceNow instances (environment sync, upgrades, quarterly patches etc)
Assist in defining service management strategy for the enterprise
Should have work experience of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline, or equivalent experience
5 years of professional experience in design and development in ServiceNow
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (Good to Have)
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
Experience implementing best-practices and procedures
Required Skills and Abilities Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a diverse professional setting
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time, exhibiting a high degree of proactive hands-on thinking and acting
Independent motivated self-starter with strong work-ethic
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where every change affects the experience of our customers and users world-wide
Strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to the requirements
Effective communication skills to interact with all levels from C-level executives to developers
Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (Good to have)
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (Good to have)
