Job Description:

This position requires a self motivated and results driven individual whom can assist with overseeing the activities of a very dynamic and busy district office Further the objectives, duties and responsibilities below, the candidate must be able to effectively work to drive the efficiencies of the service team to reduce field operating cost, increase service opportunities, and support the district operation in reducing aging invoices to positively impact DSO


Provide superior customer service to our Healthcare customers via phone and email

Oversee and manage all aspects in servicing our Healthcare customers

Provide quick turnaround on District service calls

Provide quick responses to Healthcare customers

Communicate effectively with Service Technicians at all times

Must be self-motivated and results driven, capable of overseeing the activities of a very dynamic and busy district office

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of customer service including, but not limited to; Answering incoming telephone calls, entering customer information in BAAN, scheduling service calls and PM work with dispatch, providing quotes to customers based on Technicians recommendations (when required), driving upgrades as directed via the Service Champion committee and ordering parts (when required) from third party vendors, our warehouse, or Service Parts Monroe

Effectively collect all required service call information including, but not limited to; confirming billing address, confirming purchase order number if required, service call details and ensuring this information is clearly relayed in BAAN when entering service call

Work closely with management to drive efficiencies of the service team to reduce field operating cost

Drive service growth and increase profit margin

Support the district in reducing aging invoices and improve DSO

Provide feedback on status of orders to customers and dispatch group

Forward new equipment sales leads to District Manager

Maintain monthly reports for Healthcare customers as instructed by Service Manager

Manage call report to ensure all work is being performed to customers expectations

Manage and support E-maintenance program

Attend customer meetings and healthcare related sales conference, shows, and network classes

Support local service sales reps when needed

Schedule and manage all post PM scope meetings with sales

Manage all healthcare service quotes

Ability to gracefully manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously

Technical skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred

Education High school diploma is required; Bachelors degree preferred
