Service Now
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for providing design, hands-on development and implementation of business applications for the Supply Chain Operations group In addition to hands-on development, the role is to drive technical design and engineering to support application stakeholder defined requirements The developer will also work closely within an Agile framework and collaborate with a Product Owner to drive execution, as well as supporting existing ServiceNow functionality (3 to 6 month Contract)

Principle Duties / Responsibilities
Configure, Develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Workflows and Return Management
Build workflows, write automated scripts and deploy required features
Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for the Supply Chain Operations department and suggest system improvements by studying current practices and designing modifications
Recommends controls by identifying problems and developing improved procedures
Work closely within an Agile Scrum team to monitor project progress, resolve problems, publish progress reports and recommending actions
Provide documentation and training to business teams

Qualifications
5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation and configuration using ServiceNow solution
Working knowledge of ServiceNow components
Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
Hands on Integration experience with third party tool or applications with ServiceNow
Strong customer service and excellent verbal and written communication
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills Strong technical writing skills including creation of Functional Specifications and Test Cases
