Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Ensures regular data audits are conducted

  2. Adheres to contract compliance of partner institutions

  3. Ensuring that all the teams are following the SOPs or their work responsibilities 

  4. Providing support to the sales, admission and MIS team to get the desired results 

  5. Attending Education and agent’s fairs and recruitment events with the team 

  6. Participating in MSMs marketing events and activities, supporting partner institutions 

  7. Working on International team visits/trips and traveling with them, whenever required 

  8. Answering email and telephone inquiries from prospective students

  9. Supporting recruitment focused event planning including venue booking, sending invitations and attending events across India, for example, offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events 

  10. Conducting data analysis to add to strategic decision making 

  11. Ensuring that all turn around times are on track as a part of services to agents and partner institutions For example offer Letters, LOA, Fee Receipts, Invoices, Commissions and Trip End Report 

  12. Any other tasks and coordination related to operations
