Job Description:

Service Desk Agent L1  Sal- upto 30 K 

• Technical helpdesk or technical call centre experience is preferred

• Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required

• Effective communication in both oral and written english

• Windows Operating systems

• Clients Windows10, Windows7, Windows 2012/16

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center etc(Optional)

• Knowledge of remote desktop connectivity applications 

• Troubleshooting knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 / MS Office Suite, Internet browsers (eg Explorer, Chrome, Firefox),

• VPN and remote dial-in users

• Support for laptop, desktops, and printers

• 24 to 36 months  exp 

• Good knowledge of troubleshooting issues, remote access issues
