We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Trane National Service Group based out of our Columbus, OH office This individual is responsible for opening purchase orders, entering and reviewing invoices and paperwork, handling inbound phone calls, customer interactions and communicating with the offices

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Reviews invoices and project paperwork, complete calls, forwards project paperwork to Sales Administrators and Project Managers

Responsible for creating and dispatching purchase orders, work with external service providers to ensure accuracy of billings

Responsible for processing multiple invoices per day and meeting monthly quotas

Working with operations teams as assigned

Responsible for customer interaction

Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff and responding to special requests

Responsible for generating and printing various assigned reports

Provides back up support for receptionist

Meet short- and long-term deadlines

Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers

Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements

Minimum Requirements include

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to use multiple systems at the same time

Excellent customer service skills

In depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows

Ability to function in a team environment as well as independently

Ability to work regularly and dependably

Demonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers

Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment

Demonstrated ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment
