In this exciting position, you will be responsible for working closely with our client to resolve technical issues and provide incident support

This position will report to NCR Program Manager and work closely with our regional and global teams You will be based in our Singapore NCR Office and visit our customers site as needed


Manage NCR Retail solution configuration
Provide assistance to client with technical issues and third level support
Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
Maintain test environments
Conducting requirements analysis, technical investigation and troubleshooting
Verifying project issues and fixes
Work with internal and external teams to successfully deploy the solution
Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team and/ or client
Act as a technical liaison for the client

Qualifications and Experience required

5 years of experience in an IT-related field
Experience working with Databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL)
Experience in solving technical problems, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions
Experience working with Scripting Languages
Knowledge of MS Products
Experience working with Change Management Processes (ITIL) and Incident Management Systems
Excellent, well-developed interpersonal, client-facing skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work towards deadlines and under pressure
Comfortable working collaboratively with on-site and off-site teams
Enthusiastic and Hungry to learn Willing to take on new challenges and resolve them methodically
Flexibility to work in different times zones

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an agile project environment
Experience working in retail and/or professional services
Retail POS products knowledge
