Job Responsibilities

- Accountable for development and evolution of innovative Productized Services offerings of IBS through market and competitive analysis and assessment of customer need

- Evangelize the rationale of the offerings to IBS customers and internal stakeholders - Product LoBs, Business Finance, Region Heads, Sales, Sales Operations & Marketing team

- Manage and prioritize the product requirements and development model based on approved budget, converting input from customers/industry, prospects, partners, sales, engineering, external market trends and competitors into a cohesive set of features and functions

- Identify the best in class solution architecture with digital technology adaption for strong positioning of the offering, for a dynamically changing customer landscape

- Develop product descriptions & demos and business case analysis for new productized services offerings

- Develop valued based commercial model capturing the benefit of time to market advantage of the offerings

- Work with Sales and Accounts to develop, implement and support launch strategies, marketing programs and pricing and promotion programs for productized services on an ongoing basis

- Deploy Agile teams and set up a delivery model for continuous release and deployment of offerings to market as per schedule

- Work with Senior management to ensure availability of right resources, infrastructure and environment

- Engage with existing and prospective IBS customers to demonstrate the offerings and convert opportunities to successful deals


- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- 15+ years of total experience and 5+ years in Airline domain

- 7+ years of product management & solution architecting experience

- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong blend of airline business, technical and customer engagement experience, with a proven, successful background in defining new products or services and bringing them successfully to market

- Architect experience and thorough knowledge on Java based latest technologies including Spring framework, Microservices /Container architecture patterns and Single Page application development using Angular or React

- Expertise in Agile development practices and Devops methodologies and ability to effectively lead Agile teams

- Exposure and knowledge on Public cloud environment like AWS

- Strong leadership and demonstrated people skills to work effectively in technical and non-technical environments

- Dynamic & influential communication and presentation skills will be key
