Role Brief

We are looking for a Talent Guru to drive CEOs Talent agenda for Technology hiring needs of our clients, engagement with top talent, advise the founders and top talent solve for the recruiting strategy for fixed group of start up founders Partner actively with Venture Capitalist firms and Investor community to solve for the Portfolio hiring needs Solving for Tech Leadership Talent Needs across the ecosystem Solving for Cross Country Tech & Product Talent Needs for various geographies

Expectations from the role (Large part of this you will know in the initial call)

- Sourcing and researching of Senior Level IC, Deep Tech Roles and Senior Talent across start up ecosystem and in Tech Product set ups

- Partnership and advisory abilities in talent insights and translating the insights into the building strong pipeline for open positions

- Staying abreast of start up ecosystem and business updates and developments in multiple domains of start up ecosystem

- Having worked with senior level hiring managers / Start up Clients or Start up founders directly on recruiting mandates either as a Recruiting Consulting Lead/Sourcing Lead/ Full Stack Recruiter/Talent Research Lead or in a corporate set up Mix of both is fine

Prior knowledge/Interest / Experience

- Ability to build community of Tech Talent and evangelize the network to be able to build trust and credibility within senior Tech Talent groups

- Have trained and managed Tech recruiters in various other aspects of Recruiting and parallel platforms of recruiting - Github StackOverFlow, Scraping through Groups, Building active whatsapp group and network groups to seek for reference contacts of Tech Talent

- Prior work experience in Tech Product company, Early to growth stage start up, experience of working briefly in Consulting /Recruitment Agency

An Engineering background is highly preferred either by Virtue of Education Qualification or by being a Software developer earlier
