Our field sales professionals rely on proactive technical support during the sales process and our expert Systems Engineering team always steps up to the mark We lead the development and implementation of complex and specialized products, applications, services and solutions From delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, to developing detailed installations or system integration plans, we ensure customers get the innovative, relevant, inter-operable solutions they need

As a Sales Specialist of a dynamic BU team, this role has the responsibility to drive the Compute and Network business into the assigned market segment

The Specialist needs to take care of the following responsibilities

Responsible for the country segment Compute and Network Business and revenue targets
Be the segments leading Compute specialist
Work aside the Account team to strategise and engage with customers
High level partner and customer coverage to pitch DellEMCs Compute and networks Value proposition
Initiate and manage Global Compute Networking (GCN) programs to grow the business for DellEMC and the partners
Build relationship and business proposition with our Global Partners eg Microsoft, Intel, VMware etc
Good customer relationship skills with understanding of Enterprise sales cycles
This position also requires good people management skills, self-motivation, good communication (internal and external), multi-tasking skills and a great team player
Must possess the ability to function autonomously delivering a high standard of work to meet the required internal/external deadlines


Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Computer science, Electrical or computer engineering
10 years working experience in IT industry, preferably in vendor environment
Channel or partner management skills will be a bonus
Possess good communicate skills with senior executives eg Senior IT managers, etc
Able to drive business message across to partner business owner, key managers etc
Must have good relationship building skills
Superior written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills (in English and local language)
Strong analysis skills and ability to find solutions using lateral thinking
Worked in a pre-sales or technical sales environment and has responsibility of sales
