The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

Handling Incident Management specific to Critical / High / Medium / SR
Tracking Change / Problem Management
Ensure organization process compliance
Under management to ensure Proactive monitor and health check applications to ensure 100 PERCENT availability and stability of the systems
Track and Manage capacity for all the supported suite of applications
To ensure support procedures are in place and adhere to Group Security & Audit policies
Perform root cause analysis of defects; recommend and implement comprehensive defect prevention processes for the assigned product/s or projects so as to achieve reduction in defects
Resolve issues and perform comprehensive reviews at various stages of the project so as to identify and minimize deviations from schedule and quality Report periodically on status to management
Participate in other functional activities and define and improve processes for the Organization
Should have been in Transition/Transformation projects converting legacy to strategic applications
Enterprise systems and tools knowledge is necessary including DataCentre, Server, Network, etc
Assist in new implementations or upgrades to existing/new applications
Manage, guide and motivate the team to produce results Is responsible for performance appraisals, career path guidance, training, and conflict resolution within the team
Stakeholder management
Continuity Management
Identity and access management suite of applications
Oracle Access manager
LDAP / OUD / OID / OVD / 2FA
Scripting / Programming knowledge -
Shell script / java
Operating system
Linux & windows administration knowledge
Team management skills
Basic networking knowledge
