Job Description:

We are a Leading Executive Search firm based at Noida Currently have a requirement for a Leading KPO/Research client at Gurgaon

Please follow the JD below

He/she will be responsible for day-to-day functions of administration department,
security, technical equipments, and liaison with government bodies
Responsible for housekeeping and fire-fighting activities in the organization
Handling back- office operation for establishing new system and processes in the
office, including energy conservation methods
Communicates effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person with all levels
staff, clients, and guests
Oversee Cafeteria & Pantry operations, lead employee engagement activities &
initiatives
Carry out PPM routines as per the schedule and review checklists and technical
audits for all installations at periodical intervals
To ensure upkeep of Pantry equipment & reprographic equipments at all times and
take necessary action
Plan Take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility
Orders and receives invoices, distributes according cost centre
Takes care of other back-up functions as needed
Responsible for office maintenance (replacements, repairs, etc)
Track vendor payments ensuring timely billing for all service partners
Generate MIS for operations
Issuance of Access Cards & maintenance of access control systems
Collaborates in various administrative tasks as required
Store Management- maintenance / issuance of items, stock take etc
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
BA/MA/PG Diploma graduate with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in

Facilities Management, Administration and Office Management

Use of MS Office and basic knowledge of corresponding software applications,

especially outlook

Demonstrated ability in the following areas
- Superior confidence in handling internal customers
- Should be Dynamic with Superior communication skills
- Ability to handle matters with extreme tact and confidentiality
- Organization capabilities
