The primary purpose of the Senior Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal In order to achieve this goal, the Senior Solution Sales Executive must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 3x their quota in pipeline opportunity The Senior Solution Sales Executive is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy The Senior Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAPs targeted line of business solutions (CRM, HCM, SCM, GRC, EPM, Business Intelligence, etc) and services to potential customers & prospects in that territory It is expected that the Senior Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing executive relationships on their own while positioning the SAP executive team


Lead with a consultative mindset to identify transformative opportunities in large organizations, engage the mid and senior management executive to drive bookings with an eventual aim of achieving and exceeding quota targets
Work within SAP to create robust account and opportunity plans, working closely with SAP Israel Industry account Executives costumer experience line of business organization, SAP management and other stakeholders
Territory and Account planning Participate in the development of designated territory, including accounts, account relationships; prospect profiling, and sales cycles Encourage all accounts to become SAP references by creating, meeting and managing opportunities
In depth understanding of selling Cx Cloud solutions, their pricing and creative commercial structuring of deals
Customer Acumen - Actively understand each customers technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape Review public information (eg new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect
Develop and nurture executive relationships with prospects and customers to deliver value into their organizations, establishing SuccessFactors as an ongoing business partner

Work with the regional extended account teams to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals


Proven track record of CX portfolio
Experience selling to C-level (CX) and IT department
Working with cloud enterprises

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with customers at the CXO level
Teamwork & Collaboration Ability and willingness to maximize available resources
Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships


Bachelors degree with a working experience of selling software solutions
Demonstrated track record of managing large, complex sales cycles sales engagements, managing internal and external stakeholders, negotiation and contract closure to achieve or exceed quota

Understanding CX process
The ability to build business and used cases based on the solution
Knowledge of exiting SAP competitors products
Experience in both hunting for new business and managing existing accounts
Experience in partners management
