We are looking for an experienced, brilliant and innovative Product Support Engineer, reporting directly to our Director, Product Support if you are up for the challenge, keep reading!
As the Product Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting new automation products using PegaSystems to give the best real estate experience for the business users You will transform data into insights and proactively identify opportunities that meet the needs of our business You will work both independently and cross-functionally to generate ideas, transform those ideas into high level requirements, and work closely with Product management and development to deliver new features You will be responsible for owning those initiatives and measuring success of your initiatives

WHAT YOULL DO
Execute IT application support activities Envision and support adherence to best practices and standards
Evaluate Problems and issues to identify support trends and recommend solutions and workarounds
Develop repeatable automated processes for application support and release management
Receive, record and prioritize issues reported by end-users, escalate via the appropriate channels when necessary
Liaise between development teams and business users for support and incident requests; record and report bugs and enhancement requests
Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of customer and internal organizations
Create and maintain secure release migrations in collaboration with technical leads from application development teams
Execute the migration plan for releases and fixes as established by development manager and Scrum Master
Organize internal resources to achieve the migration of releases to production environments as established by compliance and segregation of duty policies
Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and flexibility
Manage customer escalations and recognize when to solicit additional help
Participate in highest-level technical discussions with product teams to resolve product issues and represent customer segments
Create and maintain knowledgebase of known support issues and resolutions
Develop, Present & Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with other members

Key Result Areas
Incident SLA fulfillment >= 95 PERCENT
Improve incident resolution time by reducing kickbacks to less than 5 PERCENT
Maintain Application Uptime >= 99 PERCENT
Performance (Avg response time =< 3 secs for 90 PERCENT of transactions) SLA > 97 PERCENT

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
You are a BE/BTech graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other Engineering streams
You are Pega System Architect Certified, or Pega Senior system Architect Certified professional with 2 years of experience supporting enterprise software applications
You have experience in Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL and have experience on resolving complicated issues with multiple audiences, both technical / non-technical and release migration activities
Experience in application monitoring and performance monitoring using standard tools Experience with tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk etc,
Hands-on experience with Application Servers and Web Servers Experience with Apache, Tomcat, JBoss etc, is a plus
Strong hands-on experience in debugging Java based applications
You have excellent written / verbal communication skills and excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Prior production / product support experience is a must
Working knowledge of the residential mortgage industry would be an added advantage
Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies, product features and their architecture
Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc
Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs very little or no supervision
Willing to work in flexible (mid IST) shifts
