What youll be doing

Responsible for IT Service Desk and remote Desktop support services Pan BT, EE and Openreach (180,000 users)
Responsible for User Access Management in partnership with UK teams
Inputting in to User Support Strategy
Responsible for optimisation/demand management of resource to meet demand and capacity and cost base
Inputs and responsible for support of key programmes and project such as, O365, Webtop 10, Better Workplace
Responsible for transforming and reducing internal running costs
Responsible for provide 2nd line remote desktop support to internal users Pan BT including Openreach
Responsible for transition and in life support services
Ensuring all services are kept up and running with minimal impact to the business
Detailed planning costing and reporting
Drive continuous improvement
Responsible for managing budget 19m, ensuring financial efficiencies for the Unit are met
Working with senior technology teams, and ASGs on service improvements
Working with senior LoBs and CFU stakeholders on future requirements and changes
Working with Procurement & Facilities inputting to contracts and service wraps
Lead a team size of 191 FTE across 2 sites
Coaching and driving highly engaged teams, proud to work for better that deliver a 1st class service

Stakeholder Management Establishes and maintains internal and external stakeholder relationships (senior customers, vendors, suppliers) and facilitates mutually beneficial negotiations to develop solutions, ensuring they meet current and emerging business and technical needs
Problem Solving Provide expert level consulting into problem solving, often proposing multiple approaches and presenting approaches at senior level Likely to own technical investigation of the problem through matrix management of a multi-skilled BT and vendors/supplier team
Continuous Improvement Leveraging opportunities to introduce more cost effective solution elements based upon internal or external products during the course of the bid and in-life Drives continuous improvement by changes in working practises and technology within the customer contract
Change Management Able to create and sustain successful large scale and complex business change An expert in change management
Service focussed Puts the customers at the centre of the multi site services they deliver
ITIL Service Management lifecycle
Finance and Resource planning
Customer Service
