Senior Service Manager - Priority Banking

Priority Banking- Business vertical is a part of - Retail Liabilities- division of Consumer Bank segment It is premium banking proposition designed to cater to the financial planning, banking and investment needs of the fast growing affluent consumer segment The programme brings in several best-in-class, technology-savvy and financially smart offerings for its customers to give them a holistic and convenient financial services experience The sales team primarily comprises of RMs, Sr RMs, and Insignia RMs

Job role

- Effectively managing & mentoring/training the team of Service Delivery Officers in Delhi-NCR

- Driving team for cross sell target

- Sound in customer service, business policies, processes, operations & compliance norms

- Managing client escalations/grievances related to general product and/or service

- Initiating client contact & better connect as needed to support RMs

- Conduct audits for the team and provide control mechanisms

- Ensure adequate inputs given for recommendations of changes in processes and controls

Job Requirements

- Customer service orientation

- People Management skills

- Ability to guide and monitor his/her reportees

- Experience of 4 years or more and handling a team for the last 2 years
