Professionals ( > 2 years of work experience)

Tasks You as a Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for following

Execute Service work on-site with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines Extensive travelling is required
Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB
Perform on-site service activities like Service jobs, Installation and Commissioning, Routine maintenance work On-site troubleshooting, analyzing and rectifying of technical problems
Perform technical support, identify and analyze technical problems through remote, when in-office
Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation Maintain a good relationship with customers Identify new sales opportunities and communicates them internally
Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities
Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative Reporting work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed
Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future
Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service
Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities Report unsafe practices and incidents

Requirements Your Background

BE/ BTech in Electrical / Electronics
3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer with experience into Marine Service Segment will be idle fit for the role
