SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) business unit has been established to deliver outcome based services to our cloud customers We create a stable foundation for their business operations so they can focus on their digital transformation journey With continuous access to our expertise and the broader SAP expert network, our customers can take advantage of the latest technologies to support continuous business innovation SAPs Cloud Application Services helps customers to accelerate their Innovation adoption, delivering the flexibility to adapt to business changes, rapidly implement technologies and standardize and optimize operations of SAP centric solutions The CAS organization is structured along the Portfolio that consists of four clusters Application Managed Services, Managed Data, Managed Testing and Managed Security

The Role
We are looking for a Global CAS Service Delivery Manager (CAS SDM) (f/m/d) to ensure the successful delivery of Cloud Application Services by safeguarding all service lifecycle phases Engagement, Transition, Operations and Optimization in the role of the SAP Cloud Application Services Delivery Manager for CAS transitions and service delivery The mission of the Cloud Application Services Hub is to maximize the customer success in the RUN phase of SAP software lifecycle by helping to manage complexity, stable operations, mitigating risk and lowering total cost of operation releasing investment for innovation The mission of CAS SDM is to help our customers succeed through our engagement as trusted advisors
Build a solid customer relationship and act as a trusted advisor to the customer
Plan and execute the EMS customer lifecycle (transition, stabilization & steady state of the customer engagement)
Present and implement proactive service plans to ensure continuous delivery
Manage proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests
Participate in governance meetings daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly with your customer(s) and other SAP stakeholders
Liaise with different SAP stakeholders involved in the accounts, to ensure success and integration with ECS and non-ECS teams
Drive end-to-end customer engagement including commercial responsibility (costs and profitability), customer expectations, delivery team success, reporting and invoicing
Own the customer accounts by orchestrating delivery units (SAP CAS delivery consultants and partner consultants)
Perform administrative tasks required to manage the engagement (staffing, reporting & controlling)
Achieve customer reference collateral and customer effort score responses
Deliver best through proactive mindset and de-escalate critical customer situations
Create CAS upsell opportunities and support the preparation of proposals, solution assessments and service scoping exercises

Role Requirements
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred
Fluent in English & German (verbally and written)
Excellent customer focus, engagement management and relationship building
Excellent presentation, communication and moderator skills
High competency in multi-tasking
Accustomed to working in an international and global virtual matrix organization
Experienced in coordinating delivery experts and de-escalation management
Experienced in the area of IT service providers, managing outsourcing engagements
Understanding of SAPs Cloud business, cloud infrastructure and cloud operation processes
SAP Basis knowledge is beneficial
Knowledge and certifications in SAP standards and methodologies for SAP IT operations (SAP CCoE, ITIL V4 Foundation Level, TCO and E2E Operations, Run SAP, ALM, Solution Manager) are beneficial

Work Experience
Overall 6 years of related professional experience thereof 3 years experience in a project management or coordinating role and 3 years experience in a customer-facing role
