Job Description:

Project Manager (Training) is responsible for creating, delivering and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of Training processes Sets performance metrics, measure training effectiveness JOB DESCRIPTION

- Design and deliver domain training courses using various methods including but not limited to the classroom or small group facilitation, individual coaching and self-guided learning
- Conduct and/or participate in regular meetings with project stakeholders to understand and execute appropriate need based training

- Responsible for facilitating & delivering, New Employee Orientation along with delivery of Training

- Analyze training effectiveness from trainee feedback, quality reports, etc as applicable Recommend training programs and other performance improvement interventions based on assessment results

- Manager Training website for registration, updates, events and portal enhancement
- Document and maintain required training metrics like attendance, scores, etc
- Participate in the review process and recommend updates to general programs, Training content and SOP
- Project and or program owner based on business needs and individual strengths
- Conduct train the trainer hand-offs as needed
- Stays current with learning trends and innovation, conducts research & analysis, applies design thinking, tactics, strategies to ensure learning application
- Builds and sustains relationships with both internal and external business partners to effectively administer programs, resolve issues, and support ongoing program improvements
- Ensures the sharing of information and best practices across the organization
- Team management
