S3C C-Ops Integration team is looking for a motivated and data driven Senior Program Manager with strong technical skills, analytical and communication capabilities, and a hands-on passion to spearhead the Quality Program for World Wide (WW) Selection Classification processes that enable final classification for products globally This involves driving critical technical programs to expand Quality Check (QC) coverage and Quality Assurance (QA) processes using technology (AI/ ML/Rules etc), while driving accuracy and efficiency in Quality Operations (both QC and QA workflows) leveraging automation The individual will need to maintain close relationships and align with cross-functional stakeholders in the Regional S3C Program Teams, Compliance Operations, Product, Technical and Legal teams, in order to understand, prioritize and drive QA processes that have a significant, measurable impact across worldwide classification processes to continually improve classification quality

The successful candidate will create, develop and drive a Quality Program for S3C classification processes, comprising QC coverage expansion, QA process implementation, as well as rolling out scalable QC and QA processes through automation of workflows that will lead to a richer end-to-end Quality Operations experience for S3C classification processes Responsibilities include

Lead large initiatives, coordinating the work of internal and partner teams Responsibilities include program scoping, design, data collection, fieldwork and site visits, data analysis, proposal of new standards, communication of results to senior management worldwide, business action follow-up, and subject matter expert (SME) support for implementations of recommended improvements
Engage fully and deep dive into QC and QA processes and highlight variation Plan and execute end-to-end Quality Strategy that will result in WW standardization of quality processes and implementation of best practices
Identify, define and launch system-based biased QC that mitigate non-compliance / safety risk and enhance defect identification
Automate existing QC and QA workflows to drive efficiency and accuracy of Quality Operations for Compliance Operations processes
Develop accurate and relevant closed-loop QA processes including Audit of classification processes and systems, Defect Management, CAPA management and respective metrics that enable data driven decisions to foster continuous improvement of classification processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, or other technical field from leading university
At least 6 years of program/product management experience, delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs in support of business goals
Expertise in problem solving ambiguous issues through logical thinking, root cause analysis and developing robust solutions
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions; advance knowledge of Excel and intermediate expertise in SQL
High attention to detail and proven ability to independently and simultaneously manage complex, multiple, competing priorities
Excellent business judgment and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
Willingness to travel up to 15 PERCENT

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in business domains such as data science, supply chain, operations, and compliance
MBA or Masters Degree in a related field
Experience in delivering and maintaining quality assurance programs like Quality Management System in large scale operations, manufacturing or supply chain
Experience/certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
