The Role Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager - Global Business Data - Doc & Contract Lifecycle Management will be responsible for planning and driving the migration of data/documents from current legacy document management system(s) to the target system The role may potentially extend to lead and coordinate the cutover activities as part of future responsibilities

Analyse & define the scope of data & documents to be migrated from the existing legacy platform & various repositories
Work with the Data/Document Taxonomy architect to ensure the Data/Document taxonomy is defined and approved by respective stakeholders
Conduct existing data & document analysis to identify the gaps/issues based on the target state taxonomy
Identify the scope and approach for (impacted records) data remediation based on the gap analysis
Plan & manage data remediation exercise to ensure the gaps/issues identified are addressed
Work with the IT Team to define the data & document migration strategy & approach
Work with the IT Team to define the data migration templates including data mapping of the legacy system data fields to the new system data fields This should include detailed specifications of any data transformation required to support the Data/Document Migration process
Coordinate and work closely with the legacy platform and repository owners for providing the relevant in requested formats
Work with IT Team to plan & manage data/document migration (Test/Production) from different legacy systems
Coordinate with different teams (Business, IT Team) to prepare a consolidated report on key issues & risks impacting the delivery of overall Business Data/Document migration stream as per defined timelines
Liaise with data governance team in setting up an appropriate data governance framework
Define the testing & reconciliation scope & approach to validate the quality & completeness of the data/documents being migrated
Support the programme manager in status updates on the periodical management meetings (Project Working Group, Steering Committee, etc)
Manage the approval process for key milestones like migration scope (Including exclusions), data remediation scope and approach, migration completion etc

Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum 1 or 2 complex data migration experience managing and coordinating business side activities
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to identify the gaps and issues with the current legacy data
Strong communication skills
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and handle complex situations
Highly collaborative with a demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships and teams within all levels in the organization
